Heart to Heart Adoptions, Inc.

Well, we actually found Heart to Heart because all of the agencies in our state were leaving us with icky feelings, so we reached out to Utah and after a couple calls, I was on the phone with Linda. She answered question after question of working with out of state families and financial plans and just something like a two page list of questions we had put together. We needed to use a local home study service provider but as soon as we were certified, we sent everything in to Heart to Heart and we were approved within the week! After a month, we presented to expectant momma #1.

It was super bumpy for a couple of weeks, because momma wasn't 100% sure she would be placing and of course it isn't our place to tell her what felt right. We and her case worker, Bonnie, did our very best to be supportive in whatever way needed. We flew to Utah when baby came and after a few days, she shared with us that she had decided to parent. We thanked her for her bravery in being honest and we flew home on Friday afternoon.

Of course we were heartbroken and VERY discouraged. Linda texted me throughout the day and we just told her we needed to be back in our home. That weekend, we cried for maybe an hour, but got right back to work on our nursery, because we knew we just needed to be ready.

On Monday, we went to our jobs and that afternoon, I got a call. Thinking it was the caseworker asking how we were doing, I ignored it and went on lunch 15 minutes later to call back. Well, it was Bonnie telling us that there was a birth momma and her beautiful baby boy in their office and she really wanted us to parent. I cried, again. We flew back that night and met our little one on Valentine's Day. What a whirlwind it was but we constantly had Bonnie or Linda walking us through paperwork or texting to make sure the night went well or that we had gotten back home safely.

We've just this last month finalized with our little boy and we get to email birth momma biweekly, grateful for the stories and information she shares with us. We even went back to visit her after finalization, since we were in Utah.

Heart to Heart has grown our family and we are forever grateful!

We have adopted 4 boys, 3 of which were with Heart to Heart. We will be forever grateful for them. They are wonderful! Everyone involved was caring, supportive, thorough, hopeful for us and the birth mothers alike, and always available to ask any questions. It always felt like we were their priority. We also admire the care they did to love our birthmoms and make sure everything was done appropriately. The experiences we have had allowed us to get to know our birthmoms and bond with our babies in a way we could only dream of. We recommend them as often as we have the opportunity. They are truly a blessing in our lives.

hi my name is shadai floyd and i went threw heart to heart adoption service and everything from beginning to end of my experience with this company was great. Very skilled and friendly with every detail of my experiences i would recommend them to anyone that is wanting to place or that is looking to adopt a child.

My name is Lindsey M I went though heart to heart they didn't start helping me till I was 26 weeks and they helped till today I am 34 weeks and cannot work they called today and said they didn't have a family for my child because she was special needs they basically cut me off of everything with no warning or way to pay my rent which is due next week they also continued to say they paid my gas bill that they didn't pay it's in disconnect for a past due balance that is past due because they didn't pay it I don't see how people can be so inconsiderate of people life and just cut you off with no warning or care for their future very unprofessional in my opinion and today7/26/17 the director of the company called and told me I was wrong for writing this review about their services even though the gas company just came and cut my service off from a bill that they compromised to pay before they let me know they didn't have a family it they would have at least gave me some advanced notice I could've made other arrangements for my bills and rent now I'm in limbo with me not being able to work I would highly recommend looking to another agency for services for you or your family before using them I have always been financially stable before I ever came into contact with these people with the promise of their help I thought I was okay to rely on them for the time being not true at all
