Heart to Heart Adoptions has been caring for birth parents and adoptive families for over 20 years. We are a 501c3 Not-for-Profit, full service adoption agency understands the unique needs of families across the country and across all races and ethnicities.

Our corporate headquarters are in Sandy, Utah, with additional offices in Florida and New York.With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Requirements to become a foster parent
Utah families receive monthly foster care payments to help offset the costs of raising a child. This stipend is meant for room and board, clothing, and related expenses.
The amount you receive varies based on a child's age and needs. Children that require more attention and care have slightly higher rates.
Foster youth have their medical and dental needs covered through Medicaid. This insurance should be enough for any doctor's visits, therapy sessions, dental exams, etc. Foster children also qualify for free school lunches.
Utah parents can take advantage of mentorship programs that allow them to learn from more experienced foster families. It's an excellent way to connect with others and build a support network. Plus, you'll have someone else to turn to if you have questions.
Utah Kids Belong has an app that gives foster parents access to special discounts from foster-friendly businesses. It's also an easy way to connect with faith-based communities, which may offer other types of support.

Heart to heart is a great agency. I never now someone sweet and nice as the ladys their, even the owner. I very greatful to have been given the chance to work with wounderful people and them guide me on my journey through the adoption progress.

After 2 years of waiting for our perfect little one, I cannot thank Heart to Heart enough. It was a long wait but Heart to Heart was there for us every step of the way. (Before, During, and After placement) They were always keeping us updated. They would call to see how we are doing. They would offer any help that they could give. The ladies there became like family. We Truly feel that way.
We would recommend this agency to anyone who is wanting to go through the adoption process. They will be there for you: both adoptive parents and birth parents. I seen the way they treated our sweet birth mom and for that I can’t express my gratitude enough. They treated her like the angel she is! Thank you Heart to Heart for helping us add our perfect, sweet little addition to our family!

I had such a great experience working with this agency. They were wonderful the entire time. I could tell that they were very supportive to the Birthmother through the process as well. Really made the whole process very easy and comfortable.

Heart to heart was so great to work with! They kept us updated and in the loop. When we had any questions they did their best to answer them. When birth mom went into labor, heart to heart made sure to send someone to hospital to help with communication with birth Mom, to help us with any legal work and to help us feel comfortable! We are very pleased with heart to heart!

I recently had to place my daughter up for adoption. This agency is amazing, full of kind hearted and loving people. They were with me every step of the way, offering support. They are still helping and offering their support to me, even now that my daughter has been placed and adopted.
I was shy, and first contact with heart to heart was via text, which was amazing, because it helped ease my social anxiety. They answered all my questions, they were very open and honest about the process and my involvement. It helped me make the desicion, and helped me feel good about placing my daughter up for adoption.
Anyone looking to place their child up for adoption, this is certainly a place I would recommend. This agency is amazing, and i am so grateful to have found them. Heart to Heart is a wonderful organization. I am forever grateful for all their help, love, well wishes, and support.
