Heart to Heart Adoptions has been caring for birth parents and adoptive families for over 20 years. And now we see the amazing adoptees as they grow into the wonderful men and women they are meant to be. We are a 501c3 Not-for-Profit, full service adoption agency understands the unique needs of families across the country and across all races and ethnicities.
We work with prospective adoptive families and birth mothers across the nation.
Our corporate headquarters are in Sandy, Utah, with additional offices in Florida and New York.With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Our reach and support is nationwide and we can be there for you wherever you are.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Utah families receive monthly foster care payments to help offset the costs of raising a child. This stipend is meant for room and board, clothing, and related expenses.
The amount you receive varies based on a child's age and needs. Children that require more attention and care have slightly higher rates.
Foster youth have their medical and dental needs covered through Medicaid. This insurance should be enough for any doctor's visits, therapy sessions, dental exams, etc. Foster children also qualify for free school lunches.
Utah parents can take advantage of mentorship programs that allow them to learn from more experienced foster families. It's an excellent way to connect with others and build a support network. Plus, you'll have someone else to turn to if you have questions.
Utah Kids Belong has an app that gives foster parents access to special discounts from foster-friendly businesses. It's also an easy way to connect with faith-based communities, which may offer other types of support.

Heart To Heart has been awesome. We have adopted 3 children through heart to heart and it has blessed our lives and our family.

Heart to heart is such a wonderful team to work with. They were always available for questions. They took such care in helping us find a wonderful birth mother and they were with all of us every step of the way. We are so thankful to have Heart to Heart as part of our journey in growing our family.

Adoption, as most who are trying know, is not an easy or quick process. We had waited years with other agencies and had no results. Heart to Heart was truly a life changer for us and a blessing. They made the process so easy from signing up to matching to placement. Someone is there to guide you step by step and you never feel that you are on your own. Their staff and the communication between them and the families is absolutely amazing. We cannot thank Heart to Heart enough for all their kind help. We look forward to trying to adopt a second child with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance, advise, and guidance on the subject of adoption.

They are racist and wouldn't help me they discriminated against me stay away and lied on me! And said they couldn't financially help me out when I asked for help..they lied and said I was working with a different agency but good thing I kept my proof voice calls , screenshots of all the messages with all the staff, and the facebook messenger message ..stay away!

I'm just not sure I have the words. Heart to Heart took the time to work with our family through countless tears and heartache. They walked alongside us through every situation. Multiple team members checked in on us and always answered our questions in a timely fashion. We adopted our son just after Christmas and looking back he was worth the wait. Heart to Heart cares about their birth moms which is extremely important to us as a family. We cannot speak highly enough about this agency and the entire team. They will forever hold a special place in our heart!
