Heart to Heart Adoptions has been caring for birth parents and adoptive families for over 20 years. And now we see the amazing adoptees as they grow into the wonderful men and women they are meant to be. We are a 501c3 Not-for-Profit, full service adoption agency understands the unique needs of families across the country and across all races and ethnicities.
We work with prospective adoptive families and birth mothers across the nation.
Our corporate headquarters are in Sandy, Utah, with additional offices in Florida and New York.With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Our reach and support is nationwide and we can be there for you wherever you are.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Utah families receive monthly foster care payments to help offset the costs of raising a child. This stipend is meant for room and board, clothing, and related expenses.
The amount you receive varies based on a child's age and needs. Children that require more attention and care have slightly higher rates.
Foster youth have their medical and dental needs covered through Medicaid. This insurance should be enough for any doctor's visits, therapy sessions, dental exams, etc. Foster children also qualify for free school lunches.
Utah parents can take advantage of mentorship programs that allow them to learn from more experienced foster families. It's an excellent way to connect with others and build a support network. Plus, you'll have someone else to turn to if you have questions.
Utah Kids Belong has an app that gives foster parents access to special discounts from foster-friendly businesses. It's also an easy way to connect with faith-based communities, which may offer other types of support.

Their actions are criminal! They have had $20,000 of our money and won’t refund it, but “will place it towards our next match”. This is impossible to do when they don’t send you any potential matches and for over half a year Linda hasn’t even so much as responded to the email we send them each month to check-in. When we contacted Lisa, the only other email contact we had for this agency, she tersely informed us Linda would contact us….yet we are going on 7 months and we still haven’t heard a word from Linda. If they aren’t going to make their best efforts or even attempt to match us, please just give us our money back so we can go to an agency that will actually do their best to find us a match. Otherwise, you are just taking our money and not providing the promised service, which is criminal!

The caseworkers are all nice and made sure I was okay through the adoption. They go above and beyond for their clients.

Heart to heart has been amazing to work with. The adoption process can be really daunting. They were so personable and easy to work with. Never made me feel bad for calling or emailing often with questions, had plenty of situations coming in for us to review. We felt that everything they did was very ethical and worked in favor of taking care of the expectant mothers in their care, which was very important to us. We never felt like they had forgotten about us even though they have so much on their plates. Through them we found the situation that was right for us and our baby is bringing us SO much JOY. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
