Heart to Heart Adoptions has been caring for birth parents and adoptive families for over 20 years. We are a 501c3 Not-for-Profit, full service adoption agency understands the unique needs of families across the country and across all races and ethnicities.
We work with prospective adoptive families and birth mothers across the nation.
Our corporate headquarters are in Sandy, Utah, with additional offices in Florida and New York.With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Our reach and support is nationwide and we can be there for you wherever you are.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Utah families receive monthly foster care payments to help offset the costs of raising a child. This stipend is meant for room and board, clothing, and related expenses.
The amount you receive varies based on a child's age and needs. Children that require more attention and care have slightly higher rates.
Foster youth have their medical and dental needs covered through Medicaid. This insurance should be enough for any doctor's visits, therapy sessions, dental exams, etc. Foster children also qualify for free school lunches.
Utah parents can take advantage of mentorship programs that allow them to learn from more experienced foster families. It's an excellent way to connect with others and build a support network. Plus, you'll have someone else to turn to if you have questions.
Utah Kids Belong has an app that gives foster parents access to special discounts from foster-friendly businesses. It's also an easy way to connect with faith-based communities, which may offer other types of support.

We loved working with Heart to Heart. Our adoption journey was a crazy roller coaster, but their staff was so phenomenal through the entire thing. We are very thankful for their support through each step and would highly recommend this agency! Everyone we worked with was amazing!

Honestly I don’t even know where to start tell you the truth. But I will start by saying my experience with Heart to Heart has been incredible amazing from the time I reached to to the end these guys went far and beyond to making sure I am taking care of during my pregnancy journey. Heart to Heart has made my adoption process so easy. Everyone is so loving and carrying when it comes to pregnant mothers. I honestly couldn’t be any more thankful for everything these guys done for me. I won’t lie I will miss everyone I’ve worked with. And I’ll make sure to pass a word around in case someone needs help that’s in my shoes. Thank you Heart to Heart for all your work.

World Class! There are simply no words to express our sincere appreciation for this world class adoption agency!
Our story: When the decision to pursue an adoption was made, and help our niece with the process (she being the birth mom)… we searched many different agencies both in our home state and across the country. Heart to Heart was the first agency to respond. Being new to the search, we decided to interview other agencies before we made a final decision.
Heart to Heart quickly surfaced as the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating agency. It didn’t take us long to decide who we wanted to work with!
Going through this process was brand new to us and we had many questions. They kindly answered each question with knowledge and compassion. From day one, they were attentive to our needs and made us feel valued and cared for. The ladies at Heart to Heart are top notch!
During her pregnancy, they provided an apartment for my niece to stay and made sure she was well taken care of. This included outings, shopping and self care trips (salons, etc).
While in the hospital during labor and delivery (also post delivery), they visited us several times, providing the extra support we needed, and the guidance to get us through each step. We never felt alone.
In short, it’s truly been an amazing experience! They have left an impression in our hearts, and in our souls that will remain with us for our lifetime!!

From start to finish, the team at Heart to Heart was phenomenal. Their communication and response time is top notch. When we were matched and traveled for the adoption, we got to meet some of the team and see how much they care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was by far my most amazing experience with any type of agency or anything in general. They were the most helpful and supportive people i’ve had with me through any part of my life and I couldn’t have asked for a better agency.
