Heart to Heart Adoptions has been caring for birth parents and adoptive families for over 20 years. We are a 501c3 Not-for-Profit, full service adoption agency understands the unique needs of families across the country and across all races and ethnicities.
We work with prospective adoptive families and birth mothers across the nation.
Our corporate headquarters are in Sandy, Utah, with additional offices in Florida and New York.With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Our reach and support is nationwide and we can be there for you wherever you are.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Utah families receive monthly foster care payments to help offset the costs of raising a child. This stipend is meant for room and board, clothing, and related expenses.
The amount you receive varies based on a child's age and needs. Children that require more attention and care have slightly higher rates.
Foster youth have their medical and dental needs covered through Medicaid. This insurance should be enough for any doctor's visits, therapy sessions, dental exams, etc. Foster children also qualify for free school lunches.
Utah parents can take advantage of mentorship programs that allow them to learn from more experienced foster families. It's an excellent way to connect with others and build a support network. Plus, you'll have someone else to turn to if you have questions.
Utah Kids Belong has an app that gives foster parents access to special discounts from foster-friendly businesses. It's also an easy way to connect with faith-based communities, which may offer other types of support.

Stay away!!! We got matched with an expectant mom, went to travel to meet the baby and there was no baby. There was no proof a baby even existed. A good agency would give expectant mothers adequate support and know if a baby was in fact, real or not. I would be happy to chat with anyone to know more of our experience. We have since adopted and learned there are agencies out there who care about their birthmoms and waiting families. Don't waste your time or money.

I loved Heart to Heart Adoption because of their compassion, good communication, and endless encouragement. It was a blessing to not only be served by them as an expectant adoptive family, but to witness how they go above and beyond to serve birth mothers with love and respect. I was so thankful with how they facilitated us through the process, and we could not have had a better or smoother experience. Thank you so so much! We are so very blessed by what you do.

We had a great experience adopting our daughter through Heart to Heart. Everything moved extremely fast with our adoption and they were on it! They took good care of us and the birth family, which is extremely important to us. The staff were quick on their communication and just easy to chat with. We highly recommend Heart to Heart!

So I had given a review previously while still in the process of getting with the agency. This review is after having dealt with them for the past almost 3 months. My first review was based off of the "enrollment" process. Michelle kept all of her promises and followed through on everything she said that she would do. The agency had someone meet me at the airport to help me fly out to Utah with my kids. She was so kind and patient with my kids. I loved the apartment and everyone at the agency was so kind and welcoming. Everyone that I came into contact with had an effect on me and showed me that it was ok to be me and be honest about how I felt and what I wanted. They let me personalize my adoption experience to be exactly what I wanted it to be because this was after all about me and my decision to place a piece of my heart. First off, Intermountain Hospital was AMAZING! Best hospital, dr's and nurses I have ever had the pleasure of being around! My labour and delivery nurse was the BEST!!! My easiest labor & delivery by far! Anesthesiologist is the best at what he does for sure..the agency and my baby's a parents respected my wishes and my experience was everything that I could have ever wanted it to be. I really appreciate Jodi, because she is heaven sent for sure, best counselor I have ever met.❤ Darla was just such a beautiful person inside& out. I do not think that there is a better agency out there. They did everything they said they would. They are all so patient and so kind. They all went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I am FOREVER grateful to these beautiful people. This is an experience that I will never forget..❤ I am a birthmother by the way.. It has been almost 2 weeks since I gave birth and returned to life as I know it. They have checked on me and lended emotional support even after me being gone. Hardest decision ever but when you have people like them to support and uplift you, it doesnt feel as bad. They taught me valuable life lessons that I am using to help me get to where I wanna be in life one step at a time and just trying to be easy on myself while on this journey. So if you are reading reviews like I was months ago, looking for an agency that would meet my needs, believe this review..Kindest people you will ever meet. You wont find a better agency.
