Heart to Heart Adoptions has been caring for birth parents and adoptive families for over 20 years. We are a 501c3 Not-for-Profit, full service adoption agency understands the unique needs of families across the country and across all races and ethnicities.

Our corporate headquarters are in Sandy, Utah, with additional offices in Florida and New York.With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Requirements to become a foster parent
Utah families receive monthly foster care payments to help offset the costs of raising a child. This stipend is meant for room and board, clothing, and related expenses.
The amount you receive varies based on a child's age and needs. Children that require more attention and care have slightly higher rates.
Foster youth have their medical and dental needs covered through Medicaid. This insurance should be enough for any doctor's visits, therapy sessions, dental exams, etc. Foster children also qualify for free school lunches.
Utah parents can take advantage of mentorship programs that allow them to learn from more experienced foster families. It's an excellent way to connect with others and build a support network. Plus, you'll have someone else to turn to if you have questions.
Utah Kids Belong has an app that gives foster parents access to special discounts from foster-friendly businesses. It's also an easy way to connect with faith-based communities, which may offer other types of support.

Heart to Heart is an amazing Agency that truly held our hands throughout the entire process! They definitely have everyone’s best interest at the top of their list! We are forever grateful for their assistance with placing our son with us!

We loved our experience with heart to heart. They helped us to adopt our son in March 2018 and we will forever be grateful for their help and assistance. Their staff is incredible; so knowledgable about adoption and supportive from start to finish. Having social worker Bonnie accompany us out of state for the adoption was such a blessing. I truly don't know what we would've done without her! Perhaps the most important reason we chose heart to heart was their commitment to supporting and empowering birth mothers throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This perspective aligned with our values and has enabled us to have a wonderful relationship with our son's birth mother, which is a priceless gift not only for our son but also for us. We highly recommend heart to heart!

I had the most wonderful feeling the love and trust was so real from Sharyn to Patti and Bonnie and everyone at the agency. They were honest from the first time we talk til the end they were there threw my last two month and the doctor is also awesome. I met some great moms while i were there it like a bond that can't be broken.I'm blessed with a fabulous family that took are baby boy in as one of there own. I just want to say thank you and thank you for helping me find a awesome adaptation family and i know god got are back until we meet again 😍😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏🙏xoxoxo

My husband and I just adopted our first child and had the most wonderful experience with Heart to Heart. After countless hours of research we chose to use Heart to Heart because they seemed to make the process easy and provide amazing support not only to the adoptive parents but to the birth parents as well. We started off by applying, which was much easier than anticipated, the fee was very low as well. After we were approved, it was time to wait. We were lucky enough to be matched within 3 months of having our application approved (not necessarily normal but not abnormal either). There was a fair amount of communication between us and the birth parents via skype and text messages, alway with one of there social workers present. All of the communication was done through our birth parents social worker who was so wonderful. You could tell she truly cared about the birth parents and also made a potentially very awkward situation light and fun. We asked the birth mom about her feelings about Heart to Heart while we were in the hospital after the birth of our daughter to make sure perception was reality and she had only great things to say confirming what we thought. We worked with with Linda Stephens who is absolutely wonderful; she helped ease our anxiety numerous times and made us feel at ease. She was also very responsive, which to us was a must! Pricing seemed quite competitive as well, because we pay them a flat fee and they took care of so many of the expenses other agency’s don’t pay to make their fees look lower. Anyone who is looking to adopt or place a child for adoption should consider using Heart to Heart. We are so in love with our baby girl!
