Heart to Heart Adoptions has been caring for birth parents and adoptive families for over 20 years. And now we see the amazing adoptees as they grow into the wonderful men and women they are meant to be. We are a 501c3 Not-for-Profit, full service adoption agency understands the unique needs of families across the country and across all races and ethnicities.
We work with prospective adoptive families and birth mothers across the nation.
Our corporate headquarters are in Sandy, Utah, with additional offices in Florida and New York.With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Our reach and support is nationwide and we can be there for you wherever you are.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Utah families receive monthly foster care payments to help offset the costs of raising a child. This stipend is meant for room and board, clothing, and related expenses.
The amount you receive varies based on a child's age and needs. Children that require more attention and care have slightly higher rates.
Foster youth have their medical and dental needs covered through Medicaid. This insurance should be enough for any doctor's visits, therapy sessions, dental exams, etc. Foster children also qualify for free school lunches.
Utah parents can take advantage of mentorship programs that allow them to learn from more experienced foster families. It's an excellent way to connect with others and build a support network. Plus, you'll have someone else to turn to if you have questions.
Utah Kids Belong has an app that gives foster parents access to special discounts from foster-friendly businesses. It's also an easy way to connect with faith-based communities, which may offer other types of support.

My husband and I have 2 beautiful children thanks to H2H. They were great through the entire process and always available to answer any and all questions. It was very important to us to find an agency that offered birth moms support and compassion. We have close relationships with both of our birth mothers and are thankful everyday for these amazing women!

We had a wonderful experience working with Heart to Heart. I’ve recommended them to several friends and strangers who have asked me about what agency to use. They have a very caring and warm staff that’s available to answer any questions anytime and help reassure you through the process. I love their Birthmother program because I feel like they go the extra mile to make sure the birthmoms are happy and getting any counseling they need. It’s was a blessing to have such wonderful people there for us to help guide us through the process. Thanks Heart to Heart❤️

We adopted with Heart to Heart in 2016. From the minute we started talking to them and even now they have been awesome to work with. They have done a wonderful job taking care of our birthmom even months after the adoption. They were at the hospital when our little girl was born making sure that our birthmom had everything she needed even bringing her meals outside of the hospital.
We couldn't have asked for anything more. This is our second adoption and my biggest want with this adoption was to have an agency supporting the birthmom all along the way and support for us. We've kept in touch with all at the agency and have a great relationship with our birthmom. I can't ever say enough thanks to Patti, Linda and Lisa for all the support and kindness. Thank you again for everything and your continued support.

I had an amazing experience with H2H through my adoption process they were really there for me through the way I had an early labor and they still made a way to be here for me asap all the ladies who work for h2h are amazing I love them all they were a big support system without their support I wouldn't feel better about my decision today and the family they found for my babyboy is amazing and I know I made the right choice without any of them this wouldn't have been easy they made the process so much easier and took a lot of stress off me at first I felt down then realizing all the help and support they gave and to meet the family I felt so much better they are there for you every step of the way !!!!

The process with Heart To Heart Adoption was seemless. The team there is extremely knowledgeable and they sincerely care about everyone they work with (BM/BF and adoptive parents). I would recommend them to anyone struggling to adopt. The journey is tough but with Heart To Heart by your side, it makes it much more bearable. Thank you HTH for helping me complete my family.
