Words can’t even describe the gratitude that I have for the Connecting Hearts team. My experience from beginning to end was nothing less than perfection. Morning, noon or night, I was able to get the answers or the assistance that I needed. When I first started this journey I couldn’t get help from anyone, anywhere. I joined a Facebook group and ran across a comment about Connecting Hearts. From that point on it has been one of the easiest yet most thorough processes I have been through. Amy is very detailed. She doesn’t miss or skip a beat. She gave me every bit of information and tool that I needed to complete all of my steps. I would give her and the team a 10 star rating. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Connecting Hearts Adoption & Home Study Services does just that- connects hearts! Amy is knowledgeable and responsive and really helps families navigate the complex world of adoption! She always responded to my multiple emails and reminded me to trust the process and be patient. Her guidance was invaluable and I will be forever grateful to her for helping us bring our son home!

I started this journey with Amy and Connecting Hearts in December 2022. I was nervous and unsure if it would even be possible as a single mom. Amy helped to alleviate any worries or concerns I had and was honest about the process and potential time frames but she said it's not if but when I bring my future daughter or son home. After the first visit, I felt more confident and ready. She made the entire process very easy and seamless. A few months later, I was matched and in May I brought my daughter home. I had spoken to other agencies and you seemed like just another number to them, not with Amy. She cares about every family she is helping on this emotional journey from waiting to match to bringing home your child and the new life you begin. We started our process of adoption not knowing much about the process. Our first step was choosing connecting hearts for our homestudy due to their reputation and we were not disappointed. Ms Amy helped us every step of the way and we are now parents of a beautiful baby boy. One thing about Ms Amy is that she will be honest and bluntly so and we appreciated that especially in this process where you need someone with expertise and knowledge. There is a proverb that says “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” - This process can be scary, stressful, and at times disappointing. There is alot at stake - the destiny of a child, the welfare of the birth parents and baby, the eager hearts of people who long to be parents and provide a loving home, and there is a financial risk so why not have people on your side that can share wise advice. We recommend Connecting Hearts so much that we are looking forward to working with them again in the near future.
