Words can’t even describe the gratitude that I have for the Connecting Hearts team. My experience from beginning to end was nothing less than perfection. Morning, noon or night, I was able to get the answers or the assistance that I needed. When I first started this journey I couldn’t get help from anyone, anywhere. I joined a Facebook group and ran across a comment about Connecting Hearts. From that point on it has been one of the easiest yet most thorough processes I have been through. Amy is very detailed. She doesn’t miss or skip a beat. She gave me every bit of information and tool that I needed to complete all of my steps. I would give her and the team a 10 star rating. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I started this journey with Amy and Connecting Hearts in December 2022. I was nervous and unsure if it would even be possible as a single mom. Amy helped to alleviate any worries or concerns I had and was honest about the process and potential time frames but she said it's not if but when I bring my future daughter or son home. After the first visit, I felt more confident and ready. She made the entire process very easy and seamless. A few months later, I was matched and in May I brought my daughter home. I had spoken to other agencies and you seemed like just another number to them, not with Amy. She cares about every family she is helping on this emotional journey from waiting to match to bringing home your child and the new life you begin.
