Great staff!!! The nurses are my favorite! Marisol is amazing at what she does! Everyone here is very caring and supportive of your transitioning and how you feel along the way!

I started receiving medical services from 26Health, then Two Spirit Health Services, about 3 years ago, and while I had my reservations based on others' concerns; the convenience to where I live, and a positive first visit gave me hope that my concerns were unfounded, and that the more negative reviews I'd read were isolated incidents. Unfortunately, that was not the case, as the lack of communication and transparency, and a generally impersonal approach over the course of my time with 26Health ended up being what drove me to seek care elsewhere.

Whether it was the failure to send orders for lab work before my appointments, lack of notice that my doctor was leaving the practice, failure to return calls resulting in me being without medication for 5 weeks, or the myriad smaller issues, it felt as though every appointment came with an asterisk. The office staff, and the phlebotomist who did my blood work in-house were all very kind and easy to work with, but kindness only goes so far to cover for the lack of organization at the administrative level.

As someone with the privilege of being able to take my healthcare needs elsewhere, let alone having consistent access to phone service, internet, and transportation, I worry for those without the same level of choice or access, which many LGBT+ individuals do not. A number of other practices who take clear pride in catering to the specific needs of the LGBT+ population have sprung up in the Orlando area over the past few years, and I would strongly advise patronizing them, over 26Health.

When I first started testosterone thought them I had no problems it seems within the last 2 years I’ve had multiple problems. I can never get ahold of anyone and they do not send my labs to quest so I can get my blood work done. Both of these have happened multiple times now

Impossible to get in touch with the office. I have left a voicemail 3 days in a row with no response. Finally someone picks up the phone on the 4th day & I get placed on hold.

I have had two sessions with Brandi for laser hair removal and am beyond impressed with her professionalism and compassion. She goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable during the procedure (physically and emotionally). I have already seen great results and look forward to my hair removal journey with Brandi!
