Requirements to become a foster parent
Many adults are eligible to become foster parents in their state but do not always realize it. Each state in the U.S. has regulations and requirements for licensing foster parents. Florida does not require parents to own a large home or quit their jobs and become stay-at-home parents. Florida foster parents must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Prove good health and ability to care for a child
- Maintain a stable income
- Pass a background screening
- Finish 30 hours of foster parent training
- Complete a Home Study
The required training course is free to aspiring foster parents. It helps parents learn how to foster children and become licensed to provide foster care in Florida.

Working with this clinic saved my life-I was at the end of my rope...no. I didn't have any rope left. It was recommended to me by a dear friend and JoAnne, Rachel, and all the staff there have always provided me excellent care, guidance, and encouragement. Would recommend anyone get their therapeutic needs met here

I love this place always makes me feel welcome the moment i walk and the door and brandy she's amazing!!!!! i go in to get a laser done. Like once a month and im and love with my results Its Very Worth The Price She's Always very Kind And Very Helpful Wish They had a 10 Star

Went here back when it was TwoSpirit, its still a fantastic comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. When you call be sure to leave your name and phone number, if their lines are busy they get back to you fairly quickly, normally the same day if not then the next.
