There is a reason that (to date) all TAC reviews are 5 stars! This agency is remarkable! We just adopted a little one through TAC (our second adoption, so we've had lots of experiences with different agencies), and this is hands-down the best adoption agency we've worked with!

Everyone (Kaitlyn, Lindsay, Stacey & all the other support staff) has been great to work with - so very responsive, knowledgable, compassionate, understanding, and competent. Their treatment of our child's birth mother was beautiful to witness. They treated her (and continue to treat her) with the utmost respect, admiration, and compassion. We are grateful she is in such good hands (as they provide counseling for life to birth families).

As a "waiting family" we also felt very respected. With some other agencies, it felt like we were a low priority and just a number. This was certainly not the case with TAC. We felt like they cared about us personally and were concerned about our best interests, as well as the interests of our child's birth mom. What a gift to be treated with such respect and consideration.

I also want to add that everything about TAC is incredibly professional. Their website, birth parent profiles, advice about adoptive parent profile books, interfacing with adoption attorneys, etc. are all top notch. Not only are they compassionate and gifted in the "soft sciences" of walking everyone through the emotional adoption process, but they are gifted in the area of technical support and professionalism. While not a dealbreaker if this weren't the case, it was definitely an added bonus!

It's clear that this is not just a job to the folks who work for TAC. They put their heart into it, and it shows. We can't thank them enough!!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with TAC! RIght from the beginning, they were friendly, realistic, open, knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable with a process that can sometimes feel daunting. We adopted our daughter through them and the Adoption Specialist we worked with in Dallas,, Lindsay, was AMAZING! She was incredibly open, available and supportive throughout the process. Most importantly, she was there for our daughter's birth mother every step of the way and provided so much support. We picked this agency because we had heard of the great support they provide for expectant moms (which is VERY important for so many reasons) and they exceeded our expectations in every way! If I could give more than 5 starts I would!

Adoption can seem scary -- but we had the best experience working with Lindsay and Texas Adoption Center. Lindsay helped us walk through this process with love and grace. Our daughter was matched with an amazing adoptive couple, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Texas Adoption Center. I would highly recommend TAC to anyone on both sides of the adoption process. Everyone I came in contact with was genuine, kind, and compassionate. Our advocate, Lindsay, truly went above and beyond to care for us and I simply cannot find words to express my gratitude. There are absolutely no words to explain how thankful we are to have worked with Lindsay during the adoption of our precious baby boy. Lindsay is the most patient, kind and loving person we have ever met. Not only did she love our sweet boys first mama well but she loved us well. She was always in our corner and we are blessed to know her. All of the ladies at TAC were absolutely amazing and willing to assist any of our concerns or needs.
