Family Creations, Inc. is a private adoption agency, licensed by the State of Florida as a Child-Placing Agency, offering a full compliment of adoption and clinical services for expectant mothers in need (or considering an adoption plan) , and to families who desire to expand their family through the gift of adoption.
Our staff members are licensed clinicians or masters level degree and/or extensively experienced. Our on-staff attorney is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and has completed hundreds of adoptions. We are involved with the community on various children’s’ boards, Safe Haven for Newborns and FREE adoption education classes.
In addition, we provide community resources, free children's and maternity clothing from our lending closet, parent education, and family therapies.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Many adults are eligible to become foster parents in their state but do not always realize it. Each state in the U.S. has regulations and requirements for licensing foster parents. Florida does not require parents to own a large home or quit their jobs and become stay-at-home parents. Florida foster parents must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Prove good health and ability to care for a child
- Maintain a stable income
- Pass a background screening
- Finish 30 hours of foster parent training
- Complete a Home Study
The required training course is free to aspiring foster parents. It helps parents learn how to foster children and become licensed to provide foster care in Florida.

My husband & I are very grateful for Family Creations and the role they played on our Adoption journey. The journey wasn't easy but our sweet child was so worth it! Kiah & Kathryn were always available to offer support & encouragement. We could not have made it through the hard days without them. Our Birth Mom is simply amazing. We are so thankful for the open adoption plan we have with her.

Family creations treats me like family, they take care of all the hard things thru the pregnancy. They are always there for me. They have amazing families to choose from as well. I would never go through another agency. Family creations is the best adoption agency out there. Thank you Kirk an Khia

These people were absolutely amazing in the adoption process of my granddaughter. Very kind and loving. I would highly recommend family creations to all families considering adoption!!

Seriously the best experience of my life aside from giving birth. Staff is wonderful, resources are beyond helpful. Just overall just amazing.

We had matched with a birthmother already and needed and agency to work with us to complete all the required steps for the adoption to happen. Homestudy, post placement visits, legal requirements, and someone to also work with the birthmother. We had a very good experience with them and still stay in touch. Our birthmother actually ended up using them again for another placement so I can only assume she had a good experience as well or she would have chosen to go elsewhere the second time. We know a few birthmothers who have used FCA and I have never heard any bad comments from them. I would send anyone to them on either side of the adoptiob journey. Adoption for either parties is very emotional at any given moment both happy and sad it takes a very special group to be able to work with birthmothers and perspective parents they are wonderful at what they do. I'm sorry to hear the other persons review, I do not agree- the best interest of the children is their main focus.
