Family Creations, Inc. is a private adoption agency, licensed by the State of Florida as a Child-Placing Agency, offering a full compliment of adoption and clinical services for expectant mothers in need (or considering an adoption plan) , and to families who desire to expand their family through the gift of adoption.
Our staff members are licensed clinicians or masters level degree and/or extensively experienced. Our on-staff attorney is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and has completed hundreds of adoptions. We are involved with the community on various children’s’ boards, Safe Haven for Newborns and FREE adoption education classes.
In addition, we provide community resources, free children's and maternity clothing from our lending closet, parent education, and family therapies.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Many adults are eligible to become foster parents in their state but do not always realize it. Each state in the U.S. has regulations and requirements for licensing foster parents. Florida does not require parents to own a large home or quit their jobs and become stay-at-home parents. Florida foster parents must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Prove good health and ability to care for a child
- Maintain a stable income
- Pass a background screening
- Finish 30 hours of foster parent training
- Complete a Home Study
The required training course is free to aspiring foster parents. It helps parents learn how to foster children and become licensed to provide foster care in Florida.

My husband and I were matched with our birth mother through a referral sent by Family Creations to our adoption agency. Once we matched , Family Creations was became our agency . There are no words to truly capture the level of excellence from this agency. Their staff are compassionate , knowledgeable , available 24/7. Their staff facilitated and were present during the initial meeting with our birth mother, they offered guidance and support prior during and after that initial meeting, and it was beautiful. From the match meeting until our son was born, the staff checked in with us every few days as we prepared for his birth. Not only do they offer support to the adoptive parents, they provide support , check ins with the birth mother in the most loving way. For our placement, all the documentation was expedited swiftly , and we reside in Miami Dade County, all the paperwork was brought to us and the birth mother , even during the challenge of Covid 19. After our son was born , the staff continue to check in with us. We are eternally grateful for their utmost compassion , guidance and stellar level of professionalism throughout our adoption journey, and we now consider them as part of our extended family.

We had a wonderful experience working with Family Creations! They matched us with the perfect little boy for our family. We cannot imagine our life without him. We also have a wonderful relationship with his birth mom. They walked both parties through the emotional and unknown process of adoption, always available to answer questions and give good counsel. We were impressed by the way they cared for our son's birth mom and set the stage for us to have such a positive, loving relationship with her. We could not be more grateful for the entire staff, their hard work, and care. We would love to work with them again in the future!

We adopted through family creations and were so thankful for their encouragement and helpfulness through the process! Katheryn is so caring and makes people feel seen and loved. The office is great about navigating birth parent relationships and encouraging everyone in this beautiful and difficult process!

I don't think words could explain how great fca is they are not just an adoption agency buy my New family. I couldn't have been treated any bettet. I recently gave my daughter up for adoption and they were there the whole time especially Kathryn 😁 I love everything about them they are such professionals and treat you like family, non judgmental and all around Kirk loves what he does and I would recommend them not only does my daughter have an amazing family she had amazing people in her life love you guys more then you Kno😍😍
