Family Creations, Inc. is a private adoption agency, licensed by the State of Florida as a Child-Placing Agency, offering a full compliment of adoption and clinical services for expectant mothers in need (or considering an adoption plan) , and to families who desire to expand their family through the gift of adoption.
Our staff members are licensed clinicians or masters level degree and/or extensively experienced. Our on-staff attorney is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and has completed hundreds of adoptions. We are involved with the community on various children’s’ boards, Safe Haven for Newborns and FREE adoption education classes.
In addition, we provide community resources, free children's and maternity clothing from our lending closet, parent education, and family therapies.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Many adults are eligible to become foster parents in their state but do not always realize it. Each state in the U.S. has regulations and requirements for licensing foster parents. Florida does not require parents to own a large home or quit their jobs and become stay-at-home parents. Florida foster parents must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Prove good health and ability to care for a child
- Maintain a stable income
- Pass a background screening
- Finish 30 hours of foster parent training
- Complete a Home Study
The required training course is free to aspiring foster parents. It helps parents learn how to foster children and become licensed to provide foster care in Florida.

Truly, this agency is made up of three of the most caring, responsive, and ethical adoption workers ever. We had an amazing experience working with them- not without all of the ups and downs that come with adoption, but with their constant guidance and support in the most unexpected ways. They literally were always a phone call or text away (or visit in some cases!) and spent hours just sitting with us as we experienced all adoption has to offer. Further and most important, they provided incredible support to our daughter's first mother as she worked her way through an incredibly difficult decision and ensured that our adoption was as ethical as it could be and that she received the best support she could. We not only credit them with bringing the sweetest girl into our lives, but we simply could not have endured this process without their specific brand of support. We love Family Creations Adoptions and Kirk, Kiah and Kathryn!!!

My husband and I went through this agency and we appreciate their support more than I can describe. They were helpful with any questions we had and provided the best emotional support you can receive. If we ever needed any services for anything, they would go above and beyond to do everything they could to make sure we got everything we needed. They really valued our preferences for picking a family and the values we want in parents and a family.
Kirk is absolutely amazing and he doesnt judge. And the girls who work there are phenomenal! They would go to appointments with me if I needed them.
I love family creations and appreciate all of them so much.
There maybe some negative reviews here...but everyone's situation is different and sometimes things that don't work out...is not in their control.

As a birth mother 2/2008 I have nothing but great things to say about Kirk and Family Creations. They were supportive every step of the way. They matched me with the perfect family for my baby boy. They offered emotional support & counseling services to me (birth mother) during and after adoption and keep in touch even to this day. If you are considering adoption, contact Family Creations, and don't be afraid to ask questions. This was the hardest decision of my life, and the BEST choice for my baby boy I ever could have made!

Amazing,helpfull,loving can't express how much I love them even after adoption he been there for me.the person above must done something..cas 100% they are the best bent over backwards for me. He and Kiah are my angles I can't express how much they care I use them twice and both kids went to same family. We still keep in touch. U guys are BEST im very blessed and lucky to have them around. Ever thing was on the up n up. Thank you guys and keep up the great work you all do. Love you all like family and Kiah u Rock girl thanks for being you and talking to me when I had no one,ur a angle. Family Creations is the best... Especially Kirk Zeppi and Kiah! I placed my daughter with a wonderful family July 2012. My tummy daughter just had a 5 th birthday and to see the smile on her face at her pony party was amazing. Family Creations helped me so much in so many ways that I cant thank them enough and to this day we still speak and if I need something or anything they help me. Hey what more could I ask for I FaceTime with my tummy daughter its amazing... Family Creations get 20 stars and I have even recommended them to friends they are that awesome!
