Firt off Mary made the company look like devilwork instead of devereux. Something is bothering her at home or in her personal life hurt people hurt people".This lady is a diffanmation of my character as she lied and told other staff members I fell asleep and was not getting the information in oreintation when she made me repeadly go over different first aid scenarios or what ever we were learning at the time and clearly checked me off and gave me a passing grade for the different course study at the time. She also slander my reputation and character as she lied and said other staff members who was teaching courses said I was falling asleep, but when in the meeting with the personnel she couldnt even explain who said anything about me because she made it up, I even asked the other instructers just to insure my self and they said I was doing fine and loved how assertive I was, completly opposite of what allegations she put out againist me. Her and Ms.Rigina-Hr the lady that hired me both ended up calling me into to a meeting just to fire me. Prior to that I had just had a meeting less then 2 hrs before that with the Personnel and Mary about what they can do to make oreintation better, I insisted that they should consider 10 min breaks periodically to go outside or stand up they were completely complaint to what I said and told me I have a week to prove myself if I wanted to be here and Mary said I would hate to turn you over to Hr, so why did they fire me 2 hrs later. So this lady has me emotionally stressed physically stressed and now I'm up at night missing sleep . My reputation and character was completly stepped on now Im without a job losing pay I moved from where I was staying almost a whole hour away to help these kids, clearly not about the money even turned some jobs down just too furfill a purpose and do what I feel I was called to do. This lady has a power problem racism and on top of all that she clearly stated when we started oreintation that if you fall asleep, come late, and are on your phone it's grounds for termination. One guy came to orientation late everyday, orientation starts at 9am I would be their 8:30 am everyday this guy even showed up while we were getting are Tb results 20 mins after oreintation all on camera.This lady Mary follows no company code and is bias and it is conspicuous. I am terminally stressed and completely hurt and out of work when the same rules did not clearly apply and on top of that got fired after a meeting where they told me I have week to prove I want to be their. Why she fired me? I tell you she didn't like what I said to the personnel in the meeting and just didn't like me from the beginningvfor whatever reason as she tried to make an example out of me after the meeting by assembling a line of 7 and added me last as the 8th person when I could have went with another group. We were performing CPR on a demo dummy when we were to check to see if place were safe, next put on gloves, then check to see if dummy was responsive then call cold blue in facility or 911 if at a restaurant. Something so simple like cold blue left side of pool she wanted me to say cold blue intrance 5 feet deep, which I said over and over until I told her try the same scenario on someone else because everyone was looking at me like he saying it right. This lady is not a teacher people were even scared to get up and use restroom partially black ladies or she would give you a soar look. People from within company even talked bad about her. She is completely bias to people of her own ethnicity and really has some issues that she brings on others when it's suppose to be a learning environment. She lied on me caused me stress without a job just because she wants power and recognition on who she is. College graduate I feel completly feel like i was a victim too stereotype racism and so on as I was escorted out like I broke the law they will be having lawsuit pending.

I just signed my son out of this facility today after he was viciously attacked & beat in the head by another child.This staff has their hands full. My son witnessed an attempted suicide, riots & other kids making weapons to attack staff in the 14 days he was there. I even witnessed children attempting to overpower staff & fight while I was there. Feel very sorry for all involved. Thankful I got my child out.

When I stayed there I enjoyed myself while getting the treatment I needed
