Adoption Dreams Come True and its staff believes that adoption can be a truly wonderful experience for all involved. As a leading Colorado adoption agency, we believe that each situation is unique and aim to serve clients on an individual and personalized level to create happy, healthy and life long families.
Adoption Dreams Come True believes that children, first and foremost, deserve loving, safe and permanent homes. Adoption Dreams Come True and its staff work to make this dream a reality by providing truthful, complete and compassionate counseling to birth parents to aid in the important decision around unplanned pregnancies. We offer understanding and education to create a positive adoption experience for families who have a strong desire to parent.
We will work to individualize adoption plans and to honor each client’s wish for a successful adoption whether it is open, semi-open or closed.

Requirements to become a foster parent
You must meet minimum requirements to provide foster care for children in Colorado. Foster parents for children and families must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Maintain sufficient income to support a family
- Have physical and mental capability to care for children and youth
- Pass a child abuse background and criminal background check
- Work with a treatment team and undergo future training
- Complete a Home Study
Prospective foster families can contact a Colorado child placement agency or your local Department of Human Services. Social workers in these child welfare agencies will provide information about Colorado's child welfare system, foster care, and the adoption process.
Social workers recommended that other adults and children in your home agree to provide long-term home care, too. If everyone is ready to welcome a new child, your local agency will help your home become an approved foster home.

The team at Adoption Dreams has vast experience so they're able to handle any situation with skill and ease. They keep up to date on the most recent adoption laws and rules which makes navigating the process so easy for adoptive parents. More importantly, the care, compassion, and concern they have for birthparents, and the uncompromising support they provide, is incomparable. ADCT helped us form our family and both experiences were exceptionally beautiful. To say we deeply appreciate this agency is a monumental understatement.
