In Wisconsin, there are more than 7,000 children in foster care. People have already stepped up to become licensed foster parents, but there’s still not enough homes for children in need. That’s where you come in.

We need families and individuals from all backgrounds, cultures and family structures to represent the diverse range of children who need safe and supportive homes.

You don’t have to be perfect to become a foster parent, but you do need to be patient, understanding and committed to a child’s current and future needs. Foster parents must be at least 21 years old. You can be single, married or partnered. You can work outside the home (including full-time) and have children of your own in the home.

Your local foster and adoption agency is always there for you as well. They should be your first choice when contacting someone with questions or concerns.

Adrianne was remarkable thorough and clear debriefing the results of a youth's trauma assessment considering there being fifteen recovery team members present to at our meeting. The results of the assessment alone were very helpful, but it was Adrianne's debriefing of the results that helped the various team members digest the information in a useful way. Additionally, it is very valuable to us that Adrianne has offered to make herself available to field follow-up questioning for the team and youth.

I have was lied to when the worker first came out promising and offering some help that I graciously accepted just to have my children ripped away from me behind my back while they we're getting out of school. No goodbyes nothing!! Then on top of that I had no communication with them for a whole month before I finally got to see them again. He lied on court documents that I had burnt my daughter with cigarettes which was actually a dog bite!! And she repeatedly told them this but they kept telling her she didn't need to lie and she could tell them what Really happened. Also they said I had drugs in the house but couldn't tell me what drugs they claimed I had. The only "drugs", I take are my prescribed medications for my mental illnesses in which they called me unstable now for having due too me checking MYSELF in because I was feeling depressed or needed a little help and a med adjustment. I believe that is a form of prejudice if I'm not mistaken. And I have no problem admitting that I wasent the perfect parent that did make mistakes but they dragged it along for 3 years while both me and their father fought for them. Now they have been reunified to their dad because they felt he would be able to provide the best for them and because of what the judge said where all of my mental health issues. That was last December. Now this 9th worker who has had the case for awhile now doesn't communicate with me at all, has no idea of how much better I've been doing or anything, doesn't ask about my progress, instead of asking me, she asks my kids fathers girlfriend who isn't even there all the time about me and if I seem stable when I come over too see my kids which is every chance I get by the way, but yeah, stable? What the heck does she mean by that? Especially when she hasent even touched base with me in months too ask me herself... Dam coward!!! That's how you know they be lying and they be on that bullshitting and I can totally see why all they get are horrible reviews and if I had the money I would get a real lawyer not a dam public defender because he wasn't any help at all I might as well have represented myself, and let him help me sue the hell out of these people for false accusations, prejudice twords someone with disability, pain and suffering as well as other things I'm not even going to name. They are a complete discrace to children and families that are doing the best they can and we're willing to humbly accept help until you tore them apart and ruined their lives and left them with nightmares of the day you horrible people got involved. I know there are a select few that actually want to help and I know that some children are in bad situations and need to be rescued but you guys are looking in the wrong places and removing the wrong children that are loved but the parents just need a little help and support like your advertising acts like you do, not strip them from a loving home! Its not money that matters its the love that is shared that makes the family great and you have absolutely no respect for that.

SaintA is a good organization working in a very imperfect, disjointed, and overloaded court system. I'm a foster, adoptive, and biological Dad and I've been pleased with SaintA. Sure there are messy days where mistakes are made, but again it's usually the legal system and not the social worker. When reading negative reviews, consider who may be writing them: I would be angry as well if someone took my kids and I didn't understand why or what was going on.

LAW PROHIBITS MANY OF THEIR ACTIONS YET THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY? BECAUSE THEIR ORGANIATION IS CORRUPT. CASE MANAGERS ARE BACKED BY THEIR SUPERVISORS AND DON'T EVEN HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE EVEN WHEN THEY BLATANTLY LIE, ARE AGGRESIVE OR DISRESPECTFUL. WHEN YOU'RE IN THE POSITION POSITION OF POWER WITH NO ACCOUNTIBILITY STUDIES SHOW THE POWER TENDS TO GET ABUSED. THEY HAVE FAMILIES ARE IN THE PALMS OF THEIR HANDS, THEY COVER THEIR LIES WITH MORE LIES AND FALSIFY RECORDS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AUDITED AND SHUT DOWN. I DONT IMAGINE EVERYONE THERE BEING CORRUPT BUT ALMOST *EVERYONE I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH HAS LIED TO ME LIED ON RECORD AND IN A COURT OF LAW. ASHAMED AND REGRETFUL THAT I EVER TRUSTED ANYONE FROM THIS SCAMFUL PLACE! I HOPE THEY ARE SHUT DOWN BY THE FEDS OR ATTY GENERALS OFFICE !

you are terrible to be doing that to people and the kids. You thank you are helping but you gust making things worse. Having them locked up like that no freedom no one to love them to care for them no family at all. You are doing them worse than they are you should be ashamed to do them kids like that
