New Life Adoptions is a non-profit, Christian ministry to women in unintended pregnancies and a licensed adoption agency. We provide life-affirming alternatives and practical assistance through free guidance, education, and unplanned pregnancy options.
Committed to the Biblical truths regarding the sanctity of life, we believe that every child is a miracle from God and deserves the opportunity of life. Bringing a new life into this world is not without difficulties, and we lovingly and unconditionally provide client care, personal support, factual information and adoption services. We also refer women to the appropriate services to meet their individual needs.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Adults who are new to the fostering process sometimes feel overwhelmed and wonder if they will have support on their journey. Your child-placing agency is the first resource. Social services caseworkers provide aspiring foster parents with various types of support and connections. These include free educational training programs, helplines, and support groups.
It is important that foster parents build their individual support network, too. Connecting with other foster families with more experience is an excellent place to begin. Texas groups offer foster parent meetups; you can search online for the closest one.
The Texas Foster Family Association provides state training, a regional directory of support services, a summer training conference, and more. Membership benefits include getting access to foster care professionals and learning more about ways to become better caregivers. Children of TFFA members can also get assistance through the Scholarship Fund.
Austin Angels is another support organization that strives to assist foster parents and Texas foster children. They offer care packages and gifts for foster children and their caregivers, mentorship options, and education, among other resources. Foster children and teens can learn valuable skills that help prepare them for independent living, as well.

No pressure information about placing for adoption. The kindest people you will ever meet. Resources for unplanned pregnancies. Hope when none can be found. Healing and restoration for birthmoms can be found here. I scoffed at the thought of placing for adoption, but I learned what adoption really meant and I am forever grateful. Reaching out for information is so easy and there is no pressure to commit. I continue to be blessed by this agency I first connected with in 2012. They will bless you, too, if you let them try.

We adopted our second son from New Life and it went very well. They do a good job of equipping adoptive families for open adoption. We read books and got to hear from both adoptive families and birth patents about their experiences. They told us from the beginning that if the mother chooses to keep the baby they will always side with the birth mother. To this day we have a great ongoing relationship with our son’s birth mother. We like how the agency offers support to birth parents even after birth with support groups that encourage them to share about the difficulties associated with adoption.

We love New Life so much! We couldn't have asked for a better agency as adoptive parents. We are so grateful for the way they cared for us, our birth mom and our daughter. I've spoken with friends who have gone through other agencies to adopt and listening to their experiences has always made me so thankful we chose New Life!

New Life has a special place in our hearts. Ever since we have worked with them, they have taken the time to get to know us, hear what's important to us, ask us questions as well as share their mission and purpose with us. Since day one, they have made it clear that they exist to help birth-mothers both physically and spiritually and that it is their goal to be a resource to them whether they choose to make an adoption plan or choose to parent. We have been blessed in getting to know them and I know that God has gifted them each with to work there.
