If I could put 1/2 a star would apply to them better!!! The audacity of the the employees to come to work all dolled up and collect a paycheck for a job that should be volunteer. No wonder they don't have any funds to help anyone... but I always did know the Catholic church was always about the almighty$$$ the individual that DIDN'T want to talk to me BUT finally called my name, didn't have the decency to even take me into a office to discuss my situation thought we were going to stand there in the lobby... imagine that. Maybe if I had a family member that work there or I was a different ethnicity, I would of had a chance with some assistance.
