Foster Parent Training
To become a foster parent in New Jersey, you are required to attend PRIDE training. There are three major components to the training including pre-service training, core training, and advanced and specialized training. I wish I could talk to someone higher in these positions and find out why do the lie to people. This is the second time I went to Catholic charities for HELP AND RECEIVED NONE. THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE I NEEDED HELP WITH FURNITURE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T HELP ME I PROMISE MYSELF NOT TO GO BACK. THE OTHER DAY I CALLED SOMEONE FINALLY CALLED ME BACK AND I NEED HELP WITH SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THE SPANISH LADY TOLD ME THAT IT'S NO MONEY NOW I KNOW WITH THIS COVID EVERYTHING IS TIGHT FOR EVERYONE BUT THIS MAKES NO SENSE THAT AN ORGANIZATION THAT'S PUT HERE TO HELP CAN NEVER HELP. I DO BELIEVE THAT IF I WAS SPANISH IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM WITH ME GETTING HELP. AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS PLACE AND THE KROC CENTER TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
