Catholic Charities
For nearly a century, Catholic Charities has been on the front lines, serving as first responders – providing food to the hungry, safety to the endangered, and support to those who are suffering. Catholic Charities exists to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, meeting the immediate needs of the community by providing life-changing and often life-saving services to our neighbors in need.
In 2021 alone, we served more than 280,000 people throughout the 23 counties of the Omaha Archdiocese. We couldn't do it without the generosity and compassion of our donors, employees, and volunteers. Together, we are harnessing the strength of the human spirit and the power of community to shine a light for those in darkness.

Remember, there's plenty of information you can find online as well. From blogs to books, there's no shortage of educational materials for foster parents. Many informative materials cost nothing and teach you invaluable tips.
You'll work closely with your local foster care agency. You'll always have at least one point of contact to turn to if you have questions.

Come here if you want to be rapidly approached by a security guard in a white jeep whom almost rammed my driver side door with his jeep as i was backing into a parking spot. This man LITERALLY blocked me in and jumped out of his vehicle so fast you'd have thought it was on fire. As he repeatedly yelled, "what's your business here!?". Sir, I mearly pulled in, found a parking spot long enough to fit my vehicle in a manner that wouldn't be obstructing any other drivers. This security guard needs to be suspended pending mental evaluation. If I possesed a lawful permit to carry a concealed firearm I would have considered making it's presence known. I felt that threatened by this man. He is a Caucasian male with glasses. Late 40s or early 50s.

Went there for the food pantry and I've been to better pantries. Majority of the people there were friendly. The shelves and fridge were pretty bare; not much to choose from at all.
