To start, know that Adoption is not an easy journey, but well worth the effort. We started with a phone call from a family friend. They wanted to know if we were still interested in adopting. We were, and since WI law requires an agency and a lawyer, I started researching.
Adoption Choice was the 3rd phone call I made looking for information and help. Beth G answered the phone. I swear she spent several hours on the phone with me that day. She calmed me down, explained the process, explained the fees and pointed me in the direction I needed to get started.
After that day, we started the process to adopt our son. Beth worked with us on every aspect of the process. At a point, they also assigned Shari to our adoption. She was new to Adoption Choice and they worked together on our adoption. There are always bump in this process, but they were both wonderful at explaining what the issue was and how we could resolve it. My wife or I called them many times concerned about something and they always had the answer or got back to us quickly with the answer.
I will never forget all the help that Beth & Shari gave us during this time. It's stressful, but they made it much better.
I'm so glad the other agencies that I contacted only sent me e-mails with PDF forms on them. That first day sold me on Adoption Choice.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to adopt. If we would ever decide to adopt a second child, I would definitely be calling Adoption Choice.
Call them!

We just completed our first adoption and are so happy. We waited a long time and all the people at Adoption Choice were so great with us, they were patient, sympathetic to our losses and such an encouragement to us when we were doubting when it will happen. Both Traci and Shari were fantastic with us and we really felt they were invested in us and the family we so desperately wanted. When it happened everyone was so excited for us, we really felt like part of the Adoption Choice family. Additionally they were very helpful with our questions regarding adoption assistance.
Overall, such a rewarding experience and the result is our beautiful daughter who completes our family.

Wonderful staff in Milwaukee - cannot say enough good things about the level of support we received during our first interstate adoption. Our ENTIRE process, start to finish, from initial outreach to Adoption Choice to completing our homestudy to connecting with and selecting an agency in Texas (yes, you have to work with 2 agencies in interstate adoptions!) to bringing home our newborn son was just 4 months and our family couldn't be happier. THANK YOU, Adoption Choice, Inc. and an extra special thanks to Beth!! You all are amazing ♥

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! -10 STARS!! My husband and I tried to go thru Adoption Choice to adopt from foster care, which is one of the services they supposedly provide. We went to the meeting, filled out the application and sent in the $500 application fee. I called a couple weeks later to get an update, and they said we would be receiving a letter in the next day or two. A week later it came and informed us that we were rejected due to a traumatic childhood. Beth, the assistant director, was the one that wrote the letter. There was no option to put the application on hold go thru the counseling they wanted me to have. And there was no changing her mind either. So we asked for our money back and she told us the fee was non refundable. She said this was noted online, in the paperwork we were given at the mtg and in the slideshow we saw at the mtg. However, we couldn't find where it talked about fees online and it did not say the fee was non refundable in the paperwork we were given. And both my husband and I don't remember the slideshow we saw at the mtg. So we called the director, Angie but she was out of the office. Then we made a claim with the consumer agency. 30 minutes later we got a call saying we will be receiving a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ADOPTION, JUST PROFIT!!
