Quiver Full Adoptions is non-profit, licensed, child placing agency based in South Carolina.
Quiver Full is a licensed child placing agency located in South Carolina. This means we can match adoptive families with expectant mamas as long as one or both are located in South Carolina. If both the expectant mama and adoptive family are out of South Carolina, we can still work with the adoptive family throughout the entire adoption; however, we will bring an attorney in at the time of match to assist with communication with the expectant mama.

Requirements to become a foster parent
Foster parents receive financial support in the form of a monthly board rate. Foster children also receive a clothing allowance, and their medical needs are covered through Medicaid.
In addition to the support you receive from your local DHS or foster care agency, there are other programs and resources available to parents.
The South Carolina Foster Parent Association offers free training to foster parents and kinship caregivers. You can find information on the latest laws and events as well. Plus, you gain access to valuable resources such as informational articles, contact information for professionals, etc.
The SC Foster Parent Association also allows foster families to connect with one another and share advice. You can find local association meetings in your area on their website.
The program Heartfelt Calling's mission is recruiting and supporting foster and adoptive families. Parents can learn more about the system, start the application process, register for orientation, find webinars, and more.
Foster parents that care for children in DSS custody receive reimbursement for related costs. These monthly foster care payments are meant to meet a child's basic care needs.
The most recent board rates are on the South Carolina Department of Social Services website. Payments may vary depending on a child's age and special needs.

Adoption is tough. But I am okay with the ending

I would give zero stars if I could. For anyone who is shopping around for agencies and is reading the negative reviews for QFA. Please take the negative reviews seriously! We were signed on with Quiverfull last year and got suddenly dismissed because of a disagreement with the agency. Everything that we had paid, was suddenly gone. Their agency contract favors them, not the client.
So, they’re able to use that as their weapon to get rid of clients that start to question their ethical practices or disagree with them.
Once we were abruptly dismissed. The last words from them were “ I’ll be praying for you”
You’ll be praying for me?! They just practically stole our money because they had the power to do it and they’ll be “praying for us”?!
After that, our family is completely done with Christianity! Was already struggling with our religious faith, and they sealed it after that comment. This agency left a lot of trauma for me and my family to deal with. They not only took/stole money from us. They took/stole our joy.
We could go into further details on many other things that were done to us with this agency, there is not enough room to write all of it in this review! For anyone who is shopping around for agencies. Please, please, please do your due diligence and research before signing on with any agency! We were fooled by all of the positive reviews on Google for QFA when we signed on. There are other agencies in the Spartanburg/Greenville area that have been around way longer than QFA! And have less reviews then they do. Please do not be fooled like we were. There are so many other places out there that can help! Do not give these cons your hard working money!
I would like to note that this is our honest review and experience with QFA. Very disappointed to see that we had such faith and trust in this agency and that they use religion as a base to do their business and dirty work!

Not going to waste my time with details (I could write a book). But others should know that Quiverfull is not trustworthy and is lacking hundreds of honest reviews due to people fearing consequences that could affect their family/ adoption. So disappointing that they proclaim Christ yet don’t show it with their actions. We had better support and care from a secular agency.

Throughout our 3+ year adoption journey, QFA was with us every step of the way. During the moments when I didn't think we could continue, they encouraged us and supported us in every way. I am most appreciative of the expectant mom and birth mom support they provide. They supported our son's birth mom so well and were always there for her whenever she needed something. They had her best interest in mind and I am so grateful for that. They were always very responsive to both us and her - even on a holiday! I am thankful that they will continue to provide lifetime support to our son's birth mom and be there for her whenever she needs it!
