Ariel Clinical Services
Here at Ariel, we are dedicated to helping children and adults live and thrive in their communities. We are a collection of committed, positive, creative individuals who believe in the inherent worth of every child and adult. We are committed to high standards of care, clearly demonstrated knowledge and good communication with all team members. We want each child, adult, parent, host home, case worker, and contracting authority to feel valued and genuinely supported by our services.
Foster parents are the most important ingredient in helping a child heal from the negative effects of abuse and neglect. Children coming into care need the warmth and stability a foster family can provide.

Requirements to become a foster parent
You must meet minimum requirements to provide foster care for children in Colorado. Foster parents for children and families must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Maintain sufficient income to support a family
- Have physical and mental capability to care for children and youth
- Pass a child abuse background and criminal background check
- Work with a treatment team and undergo future training
- Complete a Home Study
Prospective foster families can contact a Colorado child placement agency or your local Department of Human Services. Social workers in these child welfare agencies will provide information about Colorado's child welfare system, foster care, and the adoption process.
Social workers recommended that other adults and children in your home agree to provide long-term home care, too. If everyone is ready to welcome a new child, your local agency will help your home become an approved foster home.

Best place for PCA apartments in Grand Junction but there’s better in Aurora, Colorado. But seriously, if you have to live in these kinds of services in Mesa County, this is the agency I personally recommend! Way better than Strive could ever be!

Foster care services isn't what your told this place is when MCDHS is doing what they do best and lying to you. I was told this was a place were I would be visiting my child and turns out they don't just supervise visits, they consider themselves parenting time coaches. Then they have reports they turn into MCDHS that sometimes are worded so that it can be held against you by MCDHS. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the person "supervising" my visits is actually helpful and I believe tries to really genuinely help.
