Children's Home Society of Adoption Resource Center
Every gift to the Children's Home Society & Trust Foundation positively impacts the lives of children and their families. All private contributions raised by the foundation support the work of the Children’s Home Society of Washington.
Gifts from individuals, foundations, corporations, estates, and trusts help the Children’s Home Society of Washington offer integrated services that support the whole child and family. These gifts also provide pivotal resources that enable us to develop innovative strategies and advocate for reforms that create systems change so that entire communities benefit in the long term.
There are many ways to support the children and families we serve. Gifts can support our greatest needs, strengthen our capacity, and bridge critical funding gaps or be dedicated to particular programs. They can also come in any of the following forms:
Children's Trust Foundation
For 30 years, the Children’s Trust Foundation provided grants through the Endowment to Prevent Child Abuse and Neglect to other organizations with programs at community-based family support centers dedicated to child abuse prevention.
Established in 1982 by dedicated child advocates, the Children’s Trust Foundation held a firm conviction that child abuse and neglect can be prevented by supporting families struggling through stress and isolation.
Children’s Trust Foundation distributed more than $1.4 million to programs focused on child abuse prevention, impacting the lives of Washington state's children. This pivotal work continues through the new Children's Home Society & Trust Foundation.
