For Therapy this place has been great! I have worked with three different therapists here and all have been professional and educated on what my needs were for each one. I am currently at the tail end of treatment that has been going for 5 years or so now. Highly recommend. Therapy here is great.

The worst company if you actually want help! I’ve been with this company for 4 years! And In order for me to switch therapists I was required to write a letter to be reviewed, which they made extremely complicated and didn’t offer any help at all. My therapist I had at the time would FALL ASLEEP during our zoom sessions. So then after finally being aloud to switch therapists, I thought things would get better. My therapist had very rigid beliefs about my life and pushed them on to me. As well as every time she would say I will email you, call you, assign home work etc, it would never happen. Her phone number goes to someone else’s voicemail which I have told her multiple times about and it was never switched. Recently a family member passed away due to the worst circumstances and I fell out of therapy. My therapist NEVER contacted me regarding this let alone checked it on me to see if I was even alive!! For over 8 weeks she never contacted me. Which made me not even want to receive services from this company even more. You’re just another number and just another bill to insurance at this place there is no genuine care! I call a few days ago trying to give it another chance for them to tell me I can’t receive services again until February of 2024! Due to a stupid contract I signed that was never explained to me when I signed it regarding staying in therapy. Individuals with mental health issues have a hard time being in structured environments, therapists jobs are to help clients stay in therapy and get the help they need. This entire organization has let me down MULTIPLE times and I’d rather d** then ever go to this place for help again!!

Trying to talk to somebody at the building next door, called this one by accident, the guy who answered could not have been more rude, would not help me to tell me which one I needed to call and hung up on me.
