We would not recommend this agency. The director advised us we were "matched" with an expectant mother. Through our own research we determined the woman was in contact with multiple families and collecting money for her living expenses from multiple families while providing differing information regarding her circumstances and the pregnancy. The director then advised she did not actually see any identification for the expectant mom. There was a lack of experience, lack of diligence, and lack of professionalism on the part of the director. Our experience with this agency was horrible.

Caitlin at UBA is wonderful and so caring for all members of the adoption process. She truly cares and does her best for birth moms, hopeful adoptive parents and the baby. Hoping to help prevent children getting stuck in the system and maintaining reasonable fees for adoption were part of the reason we chose to work l with UBA and we are so glad to be part of the "UBA Family"
